Express Elevators:

25 Telegram Mews has two express elevator banks. The first elevator bank goes from the ground floor to the 30th floor. It’s located just a few steps from the concierge desk. The second elevator bank provides express service to the 31st floor and higher. Condo suites in Montage above the 31st floor are called LE (Limited Edition). The Montage LE elevators are accessed from its own private lobby at the west side of the building. Montage LE also has an executive lounge with media centre.

Parking:

Parking spots can be rented from other residents of 25 Telegram Mews or 4K Spadina. They are posted on notice boards in the mailroom. Parking costs between $130 to $150 per month in 2019.
